The timing could not have been more perfect, after mentioning ThredUp in my post yesterday I got an email announcing a 48 hour ThredUp flash sale. Boxes are 30% off today and tomorrow!

I'd really love to check this out but I'm a little wary of spending $15 on a relative unknown... Any advice?
Also, do you have to offer boxes or can you just be a buyer? We're hoping to grow our family and therefore I don't want to give away anything I really like, and who would want the stuff I don't really like?
In terms of the unknown - pick a retailer who gives a good description and who has multiple good feedbacks. This way you know what is in the box and that this person is honest. Just like eBay!
I'm a full time MD-PhD student, working to complete my degrees. The salary isn't great, but I love what I do and I am setting myself up for my dream career. I use my blogs to share what it is like to be a student, starting a family, and making it on a low budget at the same time. If I can manage it, so can you!

You can definitely just be a buyer on ThredUp
