National Consumer Panel

The National Consumer Panel is a Nielson company. Basically, you scan your purchases and upload the data. In exchange for the data you get points, sweepstakes entries and free stuff. My mom got a nice hoover and some other items back when she was a member. It's pretty convenient compared to many online survey sites.
